The Start of my PHD journey🥸

Yes that’s right ! Coach B has started the journey to one day become Dr B.

After successfully earning doctoral research placement I’m excited to say that my original sports psychology program ANR - athlete neuroplasticity reset ( the name may even get changed) - has taken steps to become a formal program which I hope one everyone will be able to enjoy. After years of rejection I can’t tell you how happy I am that I never gave up.

Just like you with your dreams and aspirations in sport, there will be plenty of false starts and setbacks but if your truly believe in your own capabilities you can do anything. It is another 3-4 years of work but to be honest , with the team of people supporting me I know it’s going to make my current ANR program even better and, it’s actually going to be easier than doing research alone.

Right now you can still work with me and access the program that I have successfully been using for the last 3 years but my intake is very limited.
